Wine Wednesday ~ “if you could have only one wine…”

Imagine being marooned on a desert island with nothing but a secure, climate-controlled wine cellar and an endless supply of wine but limited to only one varietal or blend. Not necessarily your favorite, but possibly your “forever” wine. What would that one wine be?
