Wine Wednesday fans are gearing up for an evening of white blends!  This may cause some of our faithful to go scrambling, as the general preference among some is for red wines.  But, as someone said last night, that’s the purpose of these Wine Wednesday sessions, i.e. to learn something new.  Several confirmed red lovers committed to leave their comfort zone, and join in this white wine exploration next week.

The date and time for this virtual event is Wednesday, March 17^th at 7:00 p.m. Eastern.  Our sessions usually last an hour, are a great deal of fun, and are very informative. So, please join us with a bottle of a white blend from the Bordeaux Region, or the Southern Rhône, or your favorite local or international winery.  Where it’s from doesn’t matter – just find a white blend to try, and share your impressions with us.

Also, remember to take a picture of the front label; and if of interest, the side/back label and attach those photos to e-mail to WineCat@pa.net in advance, so that your wine will be featured in the evening’s PowerPoint presentation.
