Going, going, gone! Seats to the Champagne Brunch on December 4 are almost sold out and the time to buy the remaining seats ends soon. You do not want to miss this Champagne and small plates event at Greystone Public House. The Champagnes have been specially selected to pair with the gourmet food of Chef Jason Viscount. In selecting the Champagnes, we focused on affordable but high-quality small house wines and not the mass marketed Champagnes that are ubiquitous around the holiday season. We also sought variety in style (from Extra Brut to Demi-Sec) and in grapes (100% Chardonnay to blends featuring Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir).
