Wines no longer available for purchase—some that you may have purchased and should have aged\, but were too impatient to stay the path.  Join us to get your hands on one of those older bottles which is now drinking prime!\nEnjoy pairing wines with Hilton Chef Bianca’s special nibbles plates to accompany our wines.  For the whites: Seared Sea Scallop Garlic and Honey\, Bowtie Pasta in a white wine cream sauce\, Herbed Cheese Crostini and Arugula.  For the reds: Sauteed Mushroom with a Cabernet Demiglaze\, Beef Brochette with Bleu Cheese\, Dark Chocolate Truffles.\n\nIt will be a great evening.  Please come help us celebrate this four-time PA Wine Excellence Winner! \nWaltz Vineyards is committed to using only their estate-grown fruit. The vineyard team works diligently throughout the year shoot tucking\, thinning\, leaf pulling and weeding to assure vines produce top quality vinifera wine grapes.  The boutique winery utilizes the most modern wine-making technology imported from Italy. \nMany of the wines are finished in French oak barrels sourced from some of the top coopers in France. Each barrel is ordered to be charred specifically for the type of wine to be made. Throughout the year\, a rigorous barrel maintenance program is maintained to protect and preserve the beautiful cooperage.
