DESCRIPTION:Wines 10-Years-Old or Older   by Marty Cook \nOur next Wine Wednesday episode will occur on November 10th at 7:00 p.m. Eastern/New York time and will focus on older wine vintages. More specifically\, we will draw upon our collective wine cellar to feature wines that are ten or more years in age. By that\, we do not mean “ten or more years in the bottle;” rather\, we mean “ten or more years since the vintage year in which the grapes were harvested. So\, whether a 10-Year-Old Tawny Port or an Allegro Cadenza\, share with us “how old” and “what\, when\, and how” you came by this particular bottle! How did that bottle hold up at an advanced age? Softer\, smoother\, flabby and over-the-hill\, or (heaven forbid) infected by some microbial agent? \nAs an added point of interest\, you may go as far as to research information from the vintage year specific to your wine. Thus\, 2018 in\, say\, France may have been a vastly different vintage than the 2018 vintage in\, say\, Argentina.
