SUMMARY:The 20th PA Wine Excellence Awards Event - SOLD OUT
DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT – Reservations closed Tuesday\, January 24th at 5 PM\nThe event on January 29th is actually a celebration. Not only will you be tasting the top eleven Pennsylvania wines as judged by our PA Wine Society panel\, but we will be doing this for the 20th time. I still remember the beginning – dedicated\, excited\, hesitant\, hopeful. We experienced all of those emotions as we sought to recognize and encourage the Pennsylvania wine industry. \nThe changes and improvements over 20 years have been remarkable.  I know you will want to try the current top ten. While you taste you will hear from winery representatives who will talk about how the wines were produced and perhaps refer to the development of their wines over those 20 years. \nWe honor the top scoring wine with a beautiful plaque that the winery can display until next year\, and then awarding the runner up wine with a framed document for display.
